Refunds and cancelling

Draft of 9 October 2026

Draft for legal reviewThis text is a draft that has not been approved yet, and it may change before it is. Passages that start with "To confirm" still need review.

The Wedding Pass and the monthly plan are bought inside the app through the App Store or Google Play, so the store takes the payment and decides on refunds. We never see your card details, and we can’t return money that was paid to Apple.

iPhone purchases (App Store)

  1. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account you bought with.
  2. Choose “I’d like to”, then “Request a refund”.
  3. Pick the reason, then the purchase, then submit.

Apple decides on the request, and usually answers within 24 to 48 hours.

Android purchases (Google Play)

  • Within 48 hours of buying: ask Google Play for the refund. On play.google.com, select your profile picture, then “Payments & subscriptions”, then “Budget & order history”, pick the order and choose “Report a problem”. Or use Google’s refund request form. Google usually answers within a day, and at most within four days.
  • After 48 hours: write to us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will review it. To confirm: our refund policy for Google Play purchases after 48 hours.

After a refund

When a pass or plan is refunded, its paid features stop as soon as the store tells us about the refund. Your plan and your data stay as they are.

Cancelling the monthly plan

  • iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then “Subscriptions”, choose Zefaf, then “Cancel Subscription”.
  • Android: open your subscriptions in Google Play, choose Zefaf, then “Cancel subscription”.
  • The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and deleting the app from your phone does not cancel it.
  • The Wedding Pass does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
